This week, we received the lead singles from the Netflix original film soundtrack in the form of Galantis and East Young's "Make Me Feel" and Michael Brun's "All I Ever Wanted."
Now, the full tracklist for the the XOXO soundtrack is viewable on iTunes, unveiling the full roster of artists tapped for the project, likely by legendary international DJ Pete Tong, who was recruited as the film's music supervisor and executive producer.
The soundtrack features several tier one dance music artists including Disclosure,Skrillex, Diplo and Dada Life as well as crowd favorites like Grandtheft & Keys N'Krates, Jai Wolf and Hayden James. Check out the full tracklist below, and share your thoughts on the lead singles and the official trailer for the upcoming film in the comments below.
The film is directed by Chris Louie, who is reportedly an avid dance music fan himself, having grown up attending LA raves. XOXO will release on Netflix for streaming on August 26, 2016. Only then will we know whether Chris' personal experiences helped to capture an accurate portrayal of the dance music phenomenon or whether this film will be labeled another failed attempt like the disaster that was We Are Your Friends.
